What we do
We've been in the trade for more than twenty years. Every device that comes in gets tested, graded, wiped and packed in-house, and go out to buyers by the unit, the pallet or the container.
Nothing is drop-shipped. The people who answer your call are the people who test and ship your order.
How we sell
Online, every device in stock is listed with its real options and a retail price. For larger orders we quote directly, with manifests, grading details and freight. We also sell through our eBay store, where buyers have left 99% positive feedback.
What we promise, and what we don't
- Every unit is tested before it ships, and its grade is stated.
- Online orders: free US shipping, a 30-day replacement warranty and 30-day returns.
- Software support is shown on every model, including when updates have ended.
- We don't claim certifications we don't hold.
- Wholesale terms are what's written in your quote.
