How online orders ship, what the warranty covers, how returns work, and what our grades mean. Wholesale orders follow the terms in your quote.

Shipping

  • Online orders ship free to any US address, from our warehouse in Lakewood, NJ.
  • Wholesale orders ship by freight from Lakewood, directly to you or through your freight forwarder, worldwide. The freight estimate is in your quote.
  • Online card orders ship within the US only. For orders outside the US, request a quote.

Warranty

Every device bought online comes with a 30-day replacement warranty: if it stops working within 30 days of delivery, we replace it.

It doesn't cover cosmetic wear that matches the grade you bought, damage after delivery (drops, spills, cracked screens), or changing your mind, which is a return instead. To use it, contact us with your name, the email you used at checkout and what's wrong, and we'll reply with the next steps.

Returns

You can return an online order within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the device price. These conditions apply to every return:

  • Same condition as delivered. It must work and look the way its grade describes, with anything that came in the box. We can't accept a device with a cracked screen, liquid damage, missing or broken keys, a broken hinge, or new dents.
  • Same unit. We record the serial number of every device when it ships. The serial number on the return must match.
  • Not locked. Sign out of any accounts and turn off Activation Lock, Find My or similar locks before you send it back.
  • Ask us first. Contact us for a return approval before sending anything. Returns sent without one aren't accepted.
  • Pack it well. The buyer pays return shipping. Damage caused by poor packing counts as damage after delivery.
  • We inspect every return. If it doesn't meet these conditions, we don't refund it, and we send it back to you at your cost.
  • Your refund. The price of the device, to your original card, after inspection. Shipping and the return-window fee aren't refunded.

90-day return window, $9.95

An optional add-on on any product page or in your cart. It gives you 90 days from delivery to return the device for any reason, instead of 30.

  • $9.95 per device, paid at checkout. It covers the device it was bought with.
  • The same return conditions apply: same condition as delivered, same serial number, approval first, buyer pays return shipping.
  • The fee isn't refundable, even if you return the device.
  • Your warranty doesn't change: the 30-day replacement warranty is included either way.

Grades

Every grade is fully tested and working; the grade describes how it looks. On tablets, the keyboard and touchpad parts of a grade don't apply.

ALike New

Professionally refurbished, fully tested, inspected and cleaned. Little to no signs of previous use, with minimal cosmetic imperfections, if any. The screen, keyboard, touchpad and casing are in excellent cosmetic condition, and all essential hardware works properly.

BVery Good

Professionally refurbished, fully tested, inspected and cleaned. Light to moderate signs of use, such as minor scratches, scuffs or surface marks on the casing. The screen may have minor cosmetic imperfections that don't interfere with normal viewing, and the keyboard and touchpad may show light use. All essential hardware works properly.

CGood

Professionally refurbished, fully tested, inspected and cleaned. Noticeable signs of use, including scratches, scuffs, worn keys or cosmetic wear on the casing. The screen may have minor scratches or blemishes that don't significantly affect normal viewing. Fully functional, with all essential hardware tested and working properly.

A few listings say Refurbished instead of a grade: they're tested, working and reset, without a cosmetic grade. Ask us about the condition before you buy.

How we test

Every unit is tested in our warehouse before it ships. What we check depends on the device:

Software updates

Every model page shows how long the device gets software updates, because it decides how long it stays useful:

  • Chromebooks get ChromeOS updates until a date Google sets for each model. We show that date on every Chromebook.
  • iPads and MacBooks get updates up to a last iPadOS or macOS version. Older models stay on that version, and some newer apps won't install.
  • Surface and Windows laptops: we show whether the model meets Windows 11 requirements. Windows 10 support ended in October 2025.

When updates have ended for a model, its page says so clearly, and you confirm it before buying.

Payment

  • Online orders: card payment through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
  • Wholesale orders: wire, ACH, or card on approved accounts, as written in your quote.
